WHEN CAN I EXPECT FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Pre-Orders: Garments are made with precision here in NYC. Time frame depends on the complexity and the construction of the garment. For the Luna Godai SS20Collection, please allow 1-2 weeks for your garment to be processed and shipped out. You will receive an email once your order is ready to ship.

In Stock Orders: Items that are in stock and are ready to ship.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

• If your order tracking says "Delivered", and you still have not received your package you should contact the shipping provider (USPS in most cases) immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot locate your package, please file a claim with them as soon as possible. 
• We are not responsible for lost packages. If you have gone through the claim filing process with USPS and have been rejected, please contact us with proof of claim rejection and we can try to help you out.
